We have added an Heirloom Vendor to Stormwind Trade Quarter And Orgrimmar. The Heirloom items are sold at 10 copper each to help new players gain experience faster. We started the test in Stormwind and Orgrimmar only. Once tests are completed, we will put one Heirloom Vendor in each Capital across the starting zones.
